Each app has three service levels:
  • Foundation ($250 per app) - Foundational setup with basic workflows and settings tailored to your business.
  • Growth ($500 per app) - Everything in Essentials, plus additional integrations, branded templates, and moderate automation.
  • Powerhouse ($1000 per app) - Includes automation, custom user roles, and robust configuration based on your operations.

Need multiple apps?
Bundle apps at any service level and receive:

  • 5% off with a bundle of a minimum of 5 - 10 apps

  • 7.5% off with a bundle of 11 - 15 apps

  • 10% off with a bundle of 16 or more apps

NOTE: These services are powered by Zoho, and you’ll be responsible for purchasing Zoho One user licenses (options starting at $37 per user per month!) through our designated link. Only one (1) license is required during your initial build-out. We’ll guide you on when to add additional users in a way that aligns with your budget, timeline, and operational needs — ensuring you're not paying for more than you need too soon.

  • Basic ($250/month): Up to 5 hours/month. Includes minor updates, light troubleshooting, and Q&A.

  • Pro ($500/month): Up to 8 hours/month. Includes all Basic services + optimizations and light automations.

  • VIP ($1000/month): Up to 8 hours/month. Includes all Pro services, plus:

    • Priority service

    • Up to (2) hours of Zoho admin training sessions/month

    • Up to (2) hours of strategy sessions/month

Do you offer support after setup?
We do! While our standard projects include setup and training, many clients choose to continue with us for ongoing support, refinements, or expansion into more Zoho tools. We're happy to stay on as your systems partner as your business evolves.

  • Powerhouse – $1,000/app: Advanced automation, robust customization, and scalable configurations to match your operational needs.

How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope and number of tools being set up or customized. A basic core system setup can often be completed within 2–4 weeks, while more advanced builds with automation, branding, or integrations may take 6 weeks or more. We’ll always provide a clear estimate upfront, maintain communication throughout, and keep your goals (and schedule) top of mind.
