  • Powerhouse – $1,500/app: Advanced automation, robust customization, and scalable configurations to match your operational needs.

  • Data Migration of up to 10gb of data - $500/app

  • Data Migration of 10 - 25gb of data - $1000/app

  • Data Migration of 26+gb of data - $2000/app

These services are powered by Zoho. You’ll only need one Zoho One license during your initial build-out — we’ll advise you on when to add more users based on your growth and budget so you're never paying for more than you need too soon.

A basic core system setup can often be completed within 2–4 weeks, while more advanced builds with automation, branding, or integrations may take 6 weeks or more. To ensure the quality and engagement of our recruited participants and minimize the occurrence of inattentive or fraudulent behavior, we employ several rigorous methods, including:
  • Identifying and addressing participants who exhibit unusually fast completion times or consistent response patterns.
  • Scrutinizing responses for extreme values, nonsensical or conflicting answers, and discrepancies with our database information.
  • Implementing trap questions and open-ended queries to assess panel quality.
  • When feasible, conducting random telephone validations of a portion of surveys, subject to client approval as additional costs may accumulate.

Despite our efforts to minimize such occurrences, we understand that challenges may arise, and occasionally a poor quality participant may slip through. Therefore, we offer the following Participant Quality Guarantee: in the event of any fraudulent activity, we will endeavor to replace affected participants at no additional cost to you. However, please note that depending on project circumstances, replacement may not always be feasible. Nevertheless, we are committed to collaborating with you and your team to address any issues promptly and effectively.
We recruit with a mix of our organically grown panel, as well as custom outreach. We utilize primarily social media targeting for our custom outreach, but do use additional methods when needed.

We have a two-part screening process to adequately vet our respondents prior to confirming their participation. We initially screen online with a programmed survey of your screener. Our highly trained recruitment team follows up with those qualified per the first screening round, and open-endedly rescreens participants over the phone. Our two-part method helps to ensure we are only recruiting the most qualified participants.

Our recruitment team shares daily updates with all clients on all projects. We will send a recruitment grid outlining newly recruited participants, as well as a detailed email with applicable analysis explaining the details of each days' recruiting efforts.
Yes, our panel is primarily dedicated to market research purposes. We have curated a diverse and engaged community of participants who are eager to provide valuable insights and feedback on various products, services, and trends. Our panel members are carefully selected and recruited as participants, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive and representative feedback for their research projects.

No, you cannot utilize the participants we recruit for future research without going through us. This policy is in place to safeguard the personally identifiable information (PII) of our participants and maintain their privacy and confidentiality. Any future research involving our recruited participants must be coordinated through our platform to ensure compliance with privacy laws and to uphold the trust and integrity of our panel members. While your responses are not anonymous to the Unparalleled MRS team, we ensure that information presented to our clients for their review during participant selection is submitted anonymously. We take the preservation and respect of your personally identifiable information (PII) seriously, adhering to stringent protocols to safeguard your data.
After completing one of our study application surveys, your responses undergo review by a member of the Unparalleled MRS team. If you meet the qualification criteria, we'll contact you via the phone number provided to confirm your eligibility. Once internally confirmed, we may present your information to our clients for final approval, ensuring your identity and personal details remain anonymous and secure throughout this process.

Upon confirmation of your qualification for the study, a team member will coordinate with you to schedule your participation and discuss all necessary details. You'll receive a follow-up email outlining the specifics of your participation, and your agreement to participate will be requested by replying to this email. As your scheduled participation date approaches, our team will send reminders and reconfirm your agreement at various stages.

Should you successfully complete your participation per the requirements of the study, a team member will reach out to confirm your payment details. Payments, facilitated through the Tremendous platform, will be processed as promptly as possible, and can take up to four weeks post-participation. However, if you fail to fulfill your participation obligations (e.g., lateness, non-attendance, lack of engagement), as determined by our client, payment will not be issued, and depending on the circumstances, you may be ineligible for future opportunities.

Our research opportunities have limited spots available, and each study has specific qualifying criteria. As a result, there may be hundreds or even thousands of eligible participants for any given study. We strive to ensure everyone has an equal chance to participate while upholding the study's integrity as outlined by our clients. We advise applying to as many opportunities as possible that interest you and completing application surveys truthfully and thoroughly. Rest assured, we're eager to match you with an opportunity as soon as possible.
