What happens if my phone number/address/personal details change after joining your panel?

Absolutely, no problem at all! To update your information, simply use the same email address you initially provided, and click the 'Join Our Panel' button above to fill out the general panel sign-up form again. This process will also refresh any preferences you have for specific types of studies you'd like to participate in. What do you do with my information? And are my responses anonymous?

While your responses are not anonymous to the Unparalleled MRS team, we ensure that information presented to our clients for their review during participant selection is submitted anonymously. We take the preservation and respect of your personally identifiable information (PII) seriously, adhering to stringent protocols to safeguard your data.
After I complete an application survey, what happens next?
After completing one of our study application surveys, your responses undergo review by a member of the Unparalleled MRS team. If you meet the qualification criteria, we'll contact you via the phone number provided to confirm your eligibility. Once internally confirmed, we may present your information to our clients for final approval, ensuring your identity and personal details remain anonymous and secure throughout this process.

Upon confirmation of your qualification for the study, a team member will coordinate with you to schedule your participation and discuss all necessary details. You'll receive a follow-up email outlining the specifics of your participation, and your agreement to participate will be requested by replying to this email. As your scheduled participation date approaches, our team will send reminders and reconfirm your agreement at various stages.

Should you successfully complete your participation per the requirements of the study, a team member will reach out to confirm your payment details. Payments, facilitated through the Tremendous platform, will be processed as promptly as possible, and can take up to four weeks post-participation. However, if you fail to fulfill your participation obligations (e.g., lateness, non-attendance, lack of engagement), as determined by our client, payment will not be issued, and depending on the circumstances, you may be ineligible for future opportunities.
Why am I not receiving any follow-up calls after completing multiple surveys?

Our research opportunities have limited spots available, and each study has specific qualifying criteria. As a result, there may be hundreds or even thousands of eligible participants for any given study. We strive to ensure everyone has an equal chance to participate while upholding the study's integrity as outlined by our clients. We advise applying to as many opportunities as possible that interest you and completing application surveys truthfully and thoroughly. Rest assured, we're eager to match you with an opportunity as soon as possible.

How and when do I get paid?

Payments, facilitated through the Tremendous platform, will be processed as promptly as possible, and can take up to four weeks post-participation. What about taxes? Do I have to report the money I make?

If you earn more than $600 in participation rewards from Unparalleled MRS within the same calendar year, we are obligated to issue you a 1099 form. This process is automated and will be handled through our payment system, Tremendous.

I subscribed to your emails, but I don't seem to be receiving them. What is going on?
